DON'T LET THE DOOR HIT YOUR ASS ON THE WAY OUT...

Craig Kilborn, for anyone who cares, is leaving The Late Late Show after 5 years. You might remember that this smug, routinely unfunny asshat was The Daily Show's original host, a position now owned (without memory of what came before) by Jon Stewart.

At the end of the day, I just don't like Kilborn. He's the genetic deformation of David Letterman at his saucy height. Kilborn thinks he's saucy, or his writers think he's saucy, but he's a bore and a dolt. I hope his departure from the late-night TV scene opens it up to real talent. Ha! Like that's gonna happen.
