WHOEVER WINS...WE LOSE

That's the lame-o tagline for Aliens vs. Predator, the new movie that might or might not suck (although chances are excellent that it will suck). A better tagline would have been "Whoever wins...gets Earth," but I don't write movie taglines and there you have it.

The AvP tagline is far more applicable to the presidential race (BvK), if you want to call this boring contest between uninspiring trolls a race.

Who the hell is John Kerry, anyway? Aside from being another in a long line of career politicians with nothing interesting to contribute to American political life, Kerry is indistinguishable from his opposition. Prove I'm wrong. All of his millions, all of his airtime, and I still have absolutely no idea what he stands for. I'll bet cash money you don't either.

I won't vote for Bush or Kerry because they're both bad for America. And I don't subscribe to the pitiful meme denouncing independent voters for throwing away their votes on fringe candidates. Voting on fringe candidates strikes me as the only way to say, "Hey, Democrats and Republicans, you both suck ass...and not in the good way." You both yield bigger, more opaque government. You don't have a clear vision for interacting as a superpower with the rest of the planet. You don't know shit about free market economies and are therefore the nemeses of individuals, businesses, and communities seeking financial growth and stability (sorry, corporate welfare doesn't count). You pander to minorities according to the imperatives of your well-managed campaigns. You live eat and breathe polls that are statistically suspect and often in conflict.

What good are you?
