SHAOLIN SOCCER

I've been hearing about this movie from fan websites for over a year, but never paid much attention to it. Now, however, with the release of two delicious trailers, I am instantly converted to the cult. Into a pot toss a Bruce Lee whirlwind martial arts flick, a pinch of Bend it Like Beckham (which I haven't seen, but I get it, I get it, already), some Matrix for good measure, a dash of Three Stooges, and oddly out-of-place American humor and you get Shaolin Soccer. I am so there.
